This boxed set collects the complete five book Vegas Babes series, and includes a lively introduction by Larry Archer, creator of The Fox’s Den.

Hot Brides in Vegas

Never underestimate the power of a horny bride.

Francesca Torelli’s tycoon father is throwing a lavish Las Vegas wedding for his only child. Her fiancé Jake and his buddies set out to explore the fleshpots of Sin City. Meanwhile, Fran and her bridesmaids are stuck at the resort under the watchful eye of her stern Aunt Giulia. Frustrated, the young women hatch a plan to escape their chaperone and have some fun of their own at The Fox’s Den.

More Brides in Vegas

Tying the knotwith no strings attached!

Annie and Ted are getting married, and they’ve invited all their friends from The Fox’s Den Amateur Night to the party. Taking over a vintage eighties motel with a courtyard and pool for their private function, the bride and groom expect a certain amount of carnal excess. Still, nobody’s prepared for the sexual free-for-all that breaks loose. As the wedding guests act out their secret fantasies, they push the limits of both lust and love. Finally arriving at the altar, after an exhausting, arousing twenty four hours, Annie and Ted realize that tying the knot doesn’t have to mean tying themselves down.

Sin City Sweethearts

Welcome to Las Vegasleave your inhibitions at the city limits.

Annie and Ted are typical newlyweds—just a bit more open-minded about sex than most couples. When a pair of gorgeous, innocent undergraduates moves in to the apartment downstairs, Ted and Annie decide to educate the sisters about the carnal delights of Sin City. Marcie and Maddy prove to be apt pupils, eager to indulge their voracious appetites with an ever-widening circle of intimate partners.

Valentine’s Visit: Four-way Friend Swap

Jake and Fran and Ted and Annie celebrate Valentine’s Day—Vegas style!

When Jake and Fran are invited to Las Vegas spend Valentine’s weekend with Jake’s old friend Ted and his curvaceous ginger-haired wife, they’re not sure what to expect. The last time they saw Ted and Annie, at the Vegas couple’s pre-wedding stag party, the four of them had ended up in bed together. But maybe that was just a fluke. There’s only one way to find out.

Babes in Bondage

It’s 9 PM in Vegas. Do you know your safe word?

When an anti-porn terrorist group shuts down the Sin City Fetish Fair, Larry Archer offers The Fox’s Den as an alternative venue. Plans for the Den’s first Kink Night quickly take shape.

Virginal Patricia Hastings leads the Anti-Porn Brigade in their fight against filth. She’s determined to destroy the anything-but-vanilla strip club – if only she can resist her own secret craving for surrender.

Guest Post  –  Silver Lining  –  by Lisabet Sarai

The Vegas Babes series was born out of a failed collaboration.

I’d read a few books by my friend and colleague Larry Archer, set in a slightly fictionalized Las Vegas that features a strip club called The Fox’s Den. While Larry and I were chatting online, he showed me a gorgeous image he’d found that he wanted to use for a cover for some new book. I immediately had ideas about the characters in the photo and suggested we work together to write a book about those lovely ladies. Chapter One was a breeze; I sent it off to him, and awaited Chapter Two. The next thing I knew, he’d written four chapters – and moved the story far from the plot line than I’d envisioned.

It soon became clear that my writing process and Larry’s were radically different – indeed, irreconcilable. I abandoned Nina, The Fallen Ballerina to Larry’s fertile and filthy imagination. Meanwhile, I’d been bitten by the Vegas bug. Out of the blue, I had a notion for a book set in Larry’s world, but centering on a whole new set of characters. The denizens of The Fox’s Den created by Larry would appear, but only as cameos. With Larry as my mentor, I wrote a funny, filthy novella in record time. I hadn’t written stroke fiction in a long time; I’d forgotten just how enjoyable it can be to turn off the censor and let the characters follow their most sordid instincts.

Anyway, that book (Hot Brides in Vegas) became the first Vegas Babes volume. Writing it was truly liberating – I felt as though I’d finally thrown off the shackles of genre convention. I could write what I felt like writing, which at the time happened to be no-holds-barred smut. The ideas kept flowing after I’d published Hot Brides. In fact, the series kept me going for nearly 200,000 words.

Furthermore, the Babes books have sold better than anything I’d written previously.

It’s a bit sad that Larry and I can’t write together. Just think what we’d get up to, setting our dirty minds to the same task. However, our unsuccessful experiment in co-writing definitely had a silver lining.

Excerpt From Hot Brides in Vegas

The panel separating them from the driver slid open. Margaret grinned at them. “So, where to, ladies?”

“Um—I’m not sure. Do you have any suggestions?” Francesca had been so focused on getting free of their chaperone, she hadn’t really thought about what she’d do if she succeeded.

“I’ve got an idea,” said Chantal. She dug a folded sheet of paper from her purse. “I saw this on the activities bulletin board at the resort.”

“‘Amateur Night at The Fox’s Den’.” Laura peered over Chantal’s shoulder to read the poster. “What’s The Fox’s Den?”

“Classiest strip club in the city,” the driver answered. “Larry Archer—the proprietor—has turned the Den into a legend.”

“What do you mean, a legend?” asked Francesca.

“Well, they’ve got the most gorgeous girls, the most generous drinks, the best sound system and the most friendly atmosphere you’ll find anywhere,” said Margaret. “At the same time, you never know what’ll happen at Larry’s place. I’ve seen some wild things at the Den!”

“You’d visit a strip club? Do you go with your husband?” Francesca tried to get her mind around the notion that a former vice cop would enjoy a titty bar.

“No husband for me.” The driver’s smile grew broader. “I go to watch the ladies, just like everyone else.”

Francesca was silent, trying to digest this notion.

“So do you know anything about this Amateur Night thing?” Laura asked.

“Sure. Every couple of months, Larry opens the stage to anyone who wants to give stripping a try. It’s great fun, a huge turn on for everyone involved. Plus there are great prizes.”

“A thousand dollars for first place,” Chantal read. “Second and third are five hundred and three hundred respectively. That’s definitely generous.”

“Larry can afford it. Each contestant performs, then audience chooses the winners,” said Margaret. She gave the women in the back seat a once-over. “I have to say, all three of you would be big hits at the Den.”

Something about Margaret’s frank admiration set up a tingling between Francesca’s thighs. She loved to dance, everything from swing to salsa. What would it be like to be up on stage, dancing for an audience of horny men? And horny women, she reminded herself. She squirmed on the leather seat of the limo, her sundress becoming distinctly damp. She’d never had any sexual experience with a woman, but she did occasionally have fantasies. Not that she’d ever shared that fact with anyone, not even her best friends.

“Let’s do it,” said Laura. “We may never get another chance!”

Flawed But Fascinating

A romance novel only works if your readers like and can identify with your characters. On the other hand, perfect characters end up being boring. This puts the author in a dilemma. She needs to create heroines and heroes with realistic flaws. At the same time, those flaws can’t be so extreme that they turn the reader off. Furthermore, the developing relationship must somehow transform the characters so their defects become less of an obstacle to their love. A story is both more believable and more enjoyable if the characters learn and grow along the way to their happy ending.

In The Heart of the Deal, Ruby and Rick have a lot to learn. Although they are both smart, talented, self-confident and ambitious, they’re also blatant opportunists, ready to exploit any weakness they find in a rival. When it comes to sex, both have a predatory streak. Indeed, the two have quite similar personalities, so it’s not surprising they’re attracted to one another. Yet their blindness to their own weaknesses almost scuttles their relationship.

As the novel progresses, Ruby begins to understand how much her passion for dominance has cost her. She becomes softer and less brittle, more open and compassionate. Meanwhile, Rick recognizes and regrets his cavalier attitude toward women. He wants Ruby enough to give up everything for her.

Some readers might not like Rick and Ruby. They’re not your classic romance hero and heroine. Their behavior isn’t always admirable. They’re definitely flawed – but I think they’re fascinating.

Excerpt  (Rated X)

We are in a taxi now, in the semi-private darkness, and his hands are all over me. I don’t worry about the driver. What is there that a London cabbie has not seen? I teeter between enjoyment and terror. Oh, I want this stranger, but surely, it must be on my terms.

He brings my hand down between his thighs, and I feel triumph. Finally, he is erect, he wants me. He unzips his trousers and releases his cock. “I’d like you to suck me,” he says. There is a trace of irony in his voice. “Assuming that you are feeling generous, of course.”

I hate him, his overwhelming sensuality, his casual superiority. Normally, I will not perform fellatio. I find it degrading and subservient. But his engorged penis gleams in the transient street light, infinitely attractive. Saliva gathers in my mouth at the prospect. I am actually hungry to swallow his rod.

He is watching me as the passing lights first illumine me, then throw me into shadow. He feels my hesitation. “Go on,” he says. “You know you want to.”

Recklessness and desire. This is only a one-night stand. I should follow my heart, body, whatever. I straddle him as he lies back on the bench seat, arrogantly thrusting my arse in his face. No kneeling before my master, not for me. His penis bobs in front of me, inviting, almost taunting.

I decide to taunt him in return. I begin with the lightest of touches, just a tease; the tip of my tongue on the sensitive knob. I am rewarded by a faint moan. His swollen member twitches, nearly hitting me in the face. Carefully, I trace the ridge below the bulb, delighting in the smoothness, and the tension underneath.

His cock strains toward me, seeming to beg for the warm depths of my mouth. But I continue to tease, licking, nipping, tracing the veined length of him with my tongue, but not letting him into me.

I feel his fingers between my legs, and realize that he has decided to tease me in retaliation. So be it. I am grateful for any touch there. The more I sample his cock with my tongue, the more I want to feel that swollen bulk deep in my sex. It is not the longest, nor the thickest, nor the hardest cock I have ever encountered. But like its owner, it practically glows with some kind of sexual energy. I can feel the vibrations when I bring my lips close to kiss the tip. Still, though, I resist the urge to engulf him, to feast on him until he cannot bear the pleasure. That is what he wants, I know, and for that, he will just have to wait.

“Come on, Ruby,” he says, his voice husky, persuasive. “Don’t be shy. I know that you’ve sucked cock before. Open up!”

It does not register; the fact that he knows my name. Hardly surprising, because at that moment I am impaled. Until now, the most delicate, fleeting caresses, making my body scream for more. Now, suddenly, there is something hard and smooth in my cunt, sliding in and out of my slippery cleft and bringing a scream to my lips, despite my determination to remain in control.

He takes advantage of my gaping mouth. As I gasp for breath, struggling to comprehend and control my reactions, his rigid penis slips between my lips. Silk over granite. Hot blood pulsing. A tremor takes me as he thrusts simultaneously, deep in my throat, deep in my sex. I am skewered on these two points of pleasure.

New Release! Sin City Sweethearts [Vegas Babes #3] by Lisabet Sarai #erotica

Ensemble Smut – Guest Post – Lisabet Sarai

A while ago, my fellow author Larry Archer accused me of writing mindless sex. I have to protest. Yes, the three books in my Vegas Babes series do have a lot of sex.

All three novellas—Hot Brides in Vegas, More Brides in Vegas and the just-released Sin City Sweethearts—are what you might “ensemble erotica”. There are lots of characters and the story is told from multiple points of view. And let me tell you, keeping track of all these horny people—where they are, who they’re with, what they’ve seen, and what they’ve been doing—demanded a lot of my attention. Each of the characters has different kinks and interests. There also quite a few family relationships (but don’t worry, there’s no incest. Not that I wasn’t tempted…) Maybe some authors of smut wouldn’t care about consistency, but alas, I do.

So sometimes as I was writing, even though I was turned on (that’s how I can judge the story’s quality!), I also had something of a headache.

I couldn’t afford to lose any of the characters, either. I mean, it’s just plain annoying when a bodacious babe shows up in Chapter 3, gets down and dirty, and then you never see her again.

Finally, even though this story really isn’t intended to be serious, I did want my characters to show some development, mostly as they realize fantasies they’d never shared or even realized they had. So I needed a certain symmetry in the sex scenes. Just any old partner and any old activity wouldn’t do.

In short, I did a lot of thinking while writing this story. It’s definitely smut, but I defy anyone to say it was mindless!

Long Blurb

Like many newlyweds, Annie and Ted work hard, economize, live in a too-small apartment, and make passionate love whenever possible. They’re just a bit more open-minded and inclusive about sex than most couples—they met at The Fox’s Den strip club and bonded during an orgy. They’re delighted when fraternal twins Marcella and Madeleine McNabb move into the apartment downstairs. The innocent eighteen year old beauties have come to Las Vegas for university and to escape their overprotective family. Annie and Ted figure it’s practically their duty to educate the sisters about the real Sin City.

Marcie and Maddy prove to be apt pupils, with voracious carnal appetites. Before long they’re intimately involved not only with their upstairs neighbors, but also their hippie landlord and landlady, Maddy’s hunky coach, Marcie’s dominant department head, a handful of their classmates, a bevy of strippers from the Den and the infamous Foxy and Larry themselves. Then the four McNabb brothers come to town, threatening to drag the twins back to Ely, and things get truly wild.

“Come on in! We’ve been waiting for you.” Annie threw the door open wide.

“Are we late?” Maddy asked.

“No, not at all—we’ve just been looking forward to having you.”

Marcie was glad she’d dressed up, because the hostess looked stunning. Their ginger-haired neighbor wore an ankle-length Japanese-style kimono in shimmering silk with an abstract blue and white pattern. The sensuous garment clung to her body as she moved, accentuating her curves. She’d piled her curls on the top of her head, securing them with jeweled chopsticks, and put on a bit of make-up to suggest a geisha vibe. Marcie approved. Clearly their neighbor had a sense of style.

Marcie was wearing one of her own designs, a strapless sheath in a restrained tropical print, cut on a bias so that it fit like a second skin. The dress made her look older, she thought, more sophisticated. Of course she couldn’t wear a bra underneath, but really, she didn’t need one.

She’d even persuaded Maddy to put on a skirt. Okay, it was a denim skirt, and her sister’s scoop-necked cotton top had a lot in common with a tee shirt, but getting her twin out of her usual jeans or shorts was a small victory.

Noticing that their hostess and host were both barefoot, she slipped out of her high-heeled sandals as she entered.

“Madeleine, Marcella—so nice to see you again!” Ted stepped forward to take envelop her hand in his much larger one. His costume suggested something from a martial arts studio. It was all white, a pair of loose-fitting pants and a wrap-around top that partly bared his muscled chest. With his tousled black hair and sexy five o’clock shadow, he looked every bit the action hero.

“Please—we’re Maddy and Marcie to our friends,” she corrected, meeting Ted’s warm smile with one of her own.

“And we really hope you guys are going to be our friends,” Maddy added. “We don’t know anyone here in Las Vegas.”

“I wouldn’t worry about that,” said Annie. “I’m sure you’ll be very popular once the semester starts.” Marcie wondered briefly about the conspiratorial look that passed between the older woman and her husband. “And we have friends who’d love to meet you.”

“That would be awesome,” said Maddy. She glanced around the apartment. “What a cute place!”

“It’s a bit small for two.” Annie gestured at the cushions scattered around the coffee table. “Not to mention for four. Hope you don’t mind a bit of informality.”

Maddy chuckled as she folded her legs and seated herself on the floor. “Compared to our apartment, this is a palace.”

“Still, we’re grateful to have found someplace we can afford, so close to campus,” Marcie added as she settled across her sister, tucking her legs beneath her and leaning her back against the sofa. “And Miranda and Joel seem wonderful.”

As if on cue, the doorbell rang. Ted threaded his way among the bodies on the floor to go answer. Their pony-tailed landlord stood on the deck outside, holding a plate piled high with fragrant cookies.

“Hi, Joel,” said Ted. “We’d ask you in, but I think we’re at capacity!”

“Never mind. Miranda heard you were having a little party and baked these for you. Her specialty, organic oatmeal raisin, fresh out of the oven.”

“Mmm— they smell fantastic. Thanks!”

“Our pleasure. Hope you all enjoy them.” He nodded at their guests. “Hi, girls! Have a fine evening.”

Marcie flashed him a smile. He was probably as old as her grandpa, but there was something about him that made her feel warm and tingly inside. He must have been really sexy when he was young, she thought.

With an introduction by Larry Archer

Tying the knot — with no strings attached!

Blurb

Who can resist love at first sight? The minute Ted saw Annie shedding her clothes on stage at The Fox’s Den, he fell head over heels for the petite, busty redhead. She had to make the first move, though, dragging him into an impromptu orgy in the Den’s VIP suite, along with technically-virgin bride Francesca, secret slut Laura, and hot black mama Chantal.

Now Annie and Ted are getting married, and they’ve invited all their friends from that wild Amateur Night to the party. Taking over a vintage eighties motel with a courtyard and pool for their private function, the bride and groom expect a certain amount of carnal excess. Still, nobody’s prepared for the sexual free-for-all that breaks loose, involving not only the gals from the Den but also Annie’s rock star brother, Ted’s MILF mother, Chantal’s new slave girl, a lascivious hippie couple, a susceptible priest, the butch hotel manager, and an entire Scottish rugby team. As the wedding guests act out their secret fantasies, they push the limits of both lust and love. Finally arriving at the altar, after an exhausting, arousing twenty four hours, Annie and Ted realize that tying the knot doesn’t have to mean tying themselves down.

Bent over her phone and concentrating on her list, she was startled when a pair of strong arms slid around her waist and a warm mouth nuzzled her ear.

“How’s my beautiful bride?”   Ted licked his way down the side of her neck, making her shiver, then turned her head so he could plant a kiss on her mouth.

“Much better, now that the groom is back!” She melted into his arms, offering him a more convenient angle. Ted kissed like an angel. For long moments, Annie dwelt in heaven.

“Everything go all right?” she asked, when he finally released her.

“Like clockwork, except that I missed you.” Ted palmed her breasts through her thin top, his thumbs circling her nipples. Her nubs snapped to attention. Pushing the shirt up to her armpits, he bent to suckle the tender buds, making them harder still. He dragged her hand to his bulging crotch.

“See? I need to be inside you, Annie-belle. Right now.”

“We don’t have time, baby,” she protested, even as he shimmied her shorts down her shapely legs. “The guests—”

“Are coming for our wedding, Annie.” He hoisted her up so she was sitting on the dining table and spread her thighs. “This weekend is about us. Our love. Everything else comes second.”   Leaning in, he took a lungful of her musky scent. “You’re turned on, don’t pretend you’re not. You want me.”

“Of course I want you—oh!” Her fiancé’s tongue left a trail of fire as he swept it through her folds.

“Oh, god, that feel’s so good! Oh, Ted…!” Her lover burrowed deeper into her snatch, licking and biting, driving her crazy. “Ted—the glass doors—anyone could be watching!”

“Let ‘em watch,” he replied, tearing open his fly to release his pulsing erection. Positioning himself in the V of her legs, he drove his cock into her juicy cunt in one smooth, glorious motion.

Annie sighed with bliss as he stretched her wide. He felt incredible. No slow starts for her Ted. Right away he was pounding her pussy like a jackhammer, with a force that made her toes curl. Resting on her elbows, she opened herself to his fierce thrusts.

God, she loved the way he fucked her! She remembered the first time, in the VIP quarters at The Fox’s Den. She’d wanted him the minute she stepped onto the stage and saw him seated at the edge, his eyes following her every move. Sure, she had entered the Amateur Night contest hoping to win one of the generous prizes, to help cover her university tuition, but once Ted appeared, he was all she thought about. She’d danced for him only, to seduce him, to win him. She could see he was shy and a bit nerdy, with his glasses, clean-shaven cheeks and neatly clipped hair. Well, Annie knew how to get a guy hot. In her debut performance as a stripper, she’d used every trick she could think of.

Not that Ted really needed encouragement, once they were alone. He’d plunged his fine cock deep into her hungry cunt and ravaged her just the way she liked. Even when it turned out they weren’t exactly alone—Franny and Jake, Laura and Steve, Chantal and Foxy, even fusty old Aunt Giulia had ended up in carnal clinches in the VIP suite that crazy night—Ted hadn’t stopped fucking her until she’d climaxed four times. Only then did he roar and fill her with his cum.

A true gentleman, her Ted. With a very talented cock.

He continued to ram into her body, which was draped at the perfect height on the sturdy dinette table. Wrapping her legs around his waist, she held on, gripping his wonderful cock with her inner muscles. Ted growled—she knew he loved that—and pumped even faster.

An orgasm shimmered on her horizon, glittering with promise. Tightness gathered in her pelvis. Her clit ached; she needed friction. Arching up, she ground herself against his body, forcing his cock even deeper.

Yes! He slammed into her. She clenched down as cataclysms of pleasure shook her, starting deep in her belly and rippling out to her extremities. The climax went on and on, aftershocks rumbling through her one after another. Her lover continued to plow her shuddering pussy as the last echoes died away. Finally he jerked, yelled and poured his spunk into her twitching hole.

Ted slumped down on top of her, panting. She let her legs flop onto the table and slipped her arms around his neck, pulling his head to her breasts. He was too tired to lick them, but his warm breath soothed her.

“I love you,” she told him, running her fingers through his hair. “And you were right. That was just what I needed to relax.”

“Mmm,” he answered, burying his face in her ample tits. For long minutes they lay there, sated and content, in a world of their own.

Excerpt:

Eden had been dreading this day since the moment her sister, Carol, had announced she was getting married. A wedding was supposed to be a happy occasion, a cause for celebration. But not when your sister was marrying the brother of your ex-best friend.

Eden had done a successful job of avoiding said ex-best friend for ten years, crying off any get-togethers, school reunions, and even her sister’s engagement and hen parties. Understandably, it had made her incredibly unpopular with Carol and their parents, but she’d had to put up with their displeasure for the sake of her own sanity.

Today, though, Janine or no Janine, Eden was going to her sister’s wedding. It was kind of crucial, really, given she was chief bridesmaid. She was just thankful that Janine hadn’t been asked to be a bridesmaid. That would have been problematic.

“I honestly don’t understand what happened between the two of you. What made you fall out so badly that you still want to avoid her?” Carol was asking, as the hairdresser put the finishing touches to her up-do, then settled her tiara on top of it, leaving the attached veil trailing down her back.

Well you wouldn’t, would you? Eden thought, trying hard not to let her emotions show on her face. You’ve never been confused about your sexuality and come on to your best friend, have you? But she kept quiet, determined not to ruin her sister’s special day.

“Can you even remember what happened?” Carol continued, thanking the hairdresser and standing up. She moved over to the full-length mirror in the room and examined herself from every angle. The hairdresser held up another mirror so the bride could see the back of her hair. She nodded.

“Yes,” Eden replied shortly, then added, “You look beautiful, sis. Really gorgeous.”

Inside her head, though, she was already reliving that fateful night.

Excerpt:

Natalia smiled as she caught sight of the familiar redhead sitting at a table in the hotel bar. Thankful for the thick carpet masking her footsteps, she walked up behind her friend, ensuring she wouldn’t be seen. Then she slipped her hands over her eyes. “Guess who?”

An excitable squeak, then, “Oh, I don’t know. Is it Scarlett Johansson?”

“Hmm, close, but not quite. Guess again.”

“Oh, shut up you silly cow, and come here.” With that, the redhead stood and turned, throwing her arms around Natalia and pulling her into a tight hug. “Hey, gorgeous. I missed you! How are you?”

“I missed you too, Ashleigh. I’m good, thanks. How about you? You look great.”

Disentangling from their embrace, Ashleigh looked down at her clingy black top and skinny jeans and shrugged. “Thanks. I’m okay, I guess. All the better for seeing you. It’s been forever. Come on, sit down. Let’s get a drink.”

They sat down, and a waiter appeared. Natalia suspected he’d been waiting at a safe distance until they’d finished their enthusiastic greeting.

He smiled. “What can I get you ladies?”

Natalia looked at her watch. “You know what, it’s Saturday and it’s after twelve. I’ll have a glass of white wine, please. Something mid-range and not too dry.”

Ashleigh piped up. “Make it a bottle. Thanks.”

The waiter nodded, gave a little bow and walked away.

“So,” Natalia said, settling back into the plush armchair, “how was your journey? I always find getting into London a total nightmare, but it’s not so bad once you’re here. The Tube may be sweaty and crowded, but at least it’s fast.”

Ashleigh nodded. “It was all right, actually. The train into the city was on time and not very busy, and, like you say, the Tube is quick and easy. It was pretty stress-free. You?”

“Much the same. I’m just glad we’re finally here. I can’t believe it’s been a year since we’ve seen each other. It’s so easy to forget that when we talk almost every day.”

“I know. I’m sorry. It’s just life gets in the way, doesn’t it? Especially as we live so far apart. And then there was all that stuff with Kayla…” Ashleigh lapsed into silence and dropped her gaze to the table.

Natalia didn’t know how to respond to that, so she just nodded sagely. Kayla had been Ashleigh’s live-in girlfriend, until the discovery of some text messages and emails tipped Ashleigh off that she was being cheated on. Despite all of Kayla’s pleas and declarations of true and undying love, Ashleigh had no intention of being a doormat, so she’d thrown Kayla out, and that was the end of it.

Of course, Natalia had known that Kayla was going to be thrown out before Kayla did. As soon as Ashleigh had found the incriminating missives, she’d gotten straight on the phone to Natalia for advice. And as much as Natalia wanted to tell her friend to get the hell rid of the cheating bitch, she also wanted her to be happy, so instead she’d asked Ashleigh if she thought she was being too hasty.

“Fuck no,” Ashleigh had replied, “as far as I’m concerned, she’s destroyed my trust. Once that happens things are never the same, so it’s not worth it. And if I meant that much to her, she wouldn’t have done it, would she?”

One Night in Bangkok

Bangkok, Thailand, has a split personality. It is famed for its glittering temples, vibrant street markets, deliciously fiery cuisine and abundant hospitality. At the same time, its go-go bars and sex shows, transvestite cabarets and ready flesh for hire have given the city a rather sleazy reputation as one of the sin capitals of the world. A seam of darkness runs through Bangkok, flowing slow and deep as the Chao Phraya River that winds its way through the City of Angels.

The reality, of course, is far more complex than either stereotype. I know the city fairly well, having lived there for two years during the nineties and visited often in the years since. My first novel, Raw Silk, celebrates the exotic, sensual side of Bangkok. Kate, the expat heroine, finds herself as dazzled by the opulent glamor of her royally-connected lover as she is by the tender ferocity of her tattooed Master.

My new release, an erotic thriller entitled Bangkok Noir, explores the seamier side: sex for sale, official corruption, violent crime. It includes M/f, F/f and femdom scenes, as well as some real violence (though not in the context of sexual arousal).

Explore this carnal paradise at your own risk.

Diana Fanning, aka the Professor, runs The Academy, the only genuine BDSM bar in Bangkok. She’s the first person police colonel Apichat Weeranwongsakul consults when a bar girl turns up brutally murdered, tightly bound, with clamped nipples and every orifice stuffed with sex toys. The colonel figures the killer might be one of her customers. But he has his own secrets. He needs Diana to satisfy his shameful dreams of being beaten and abused.

Meanwhile, a mysterious American named Sam stalks Nok, the lovely natural dominant who is the Professor’s star performer. Nok is used to being the one in charge. She can’t understand why she craves the discipline Sam administers.

As more women are slaughtered, always in kinky circumstances, the Professor finds herself in an exclusive world catering to the perversions of Bangkok’s wealthy and well-connected. Simultaneously looking for evidence and satisfying her own lusts, she doesn’t realize until too late that the power she’s used to wielding won’t save her from becoming the serial murderer’s next victim.

As soon as the door to the room closed, he lifted me into his arms. I was right. He was incredibly strong. The muscles moved under his fine shirt as he carried me over to the bed. I couldn’t escape him. But I didn’t want to. I wanted to be cradled in his arms, with my pussy streaming, my heart pounding, my own limbs wobbly as jelly, forever.

I felt a flash of disappointment when he laid me on my back on the silk bedspread. He must have seen it on my face. He sat down next to me.

“Be patient, Nok. I told you before. You must learn how to wait. Now be still.” He ended his instructions with a tweak of my nipple. That made it very difficult to obey him, but I tried.

I heard him go into the bathroom and close the door. Without moving my head, I tried to look around the room. There were no suitcases, or any other sign that someone was staying here.

There was the sound of the bathroom door opening. My heart beat ever quicker than before. I kept my eyes straight ahead, facing the ceiling. I felt his warmth beside me, but I didn’t turn to look. Then there was a flash of light reflecting metal, and I couldn’t help myself.

The farang stood very close to me. He was naked. There was blond hair around his nipples, and darker hair between his legs. His cock was hard. The pale skin on it was stretched so tight, it looked like it might burst. The knob at the end pulsed, bright red. I thought of the beacon light on top of a police car.

Saliva flowed into my mouth. I wanted to taste him, to suck him. I started to reach for him, to pull him closer. Then I saw. He had an open pocketknife in his hand.

I choked back a cry. The shiny blade gleamed as he waved it slowly in front of my face. I shrank away, out of instinct. He saw my terror. He loved it.

“Be still,” he said quietly. “I told you not to move. I meant it.” He leaned over me. I smelled his cologne and his sweat. The knife was close to my skin, close to my throat. I tried to scream. Somehow I couldn’t. Because despite my terror, I didn’t want to move. I didn’t want to disappoint him.

Blurb:

Can Jessie work with a woman with the looks of a pixie and the personality of a dragon to complete the most important task of her career?

Shop-fitter Jessie is sent to London’s Oxford Street to work on a flagship store’s front window overnight. It’s the first time she’s completed such an important task by herself, but the plans and organisation are solid—it’s just a case of getting it turned around before the store re-opens the following morning. What she’s not betting on, however, is the woman in charge of the project—Edith. She has the looks of a pixie but the personality of a dragon, and it soon becomes clear to Jessie that the job isn’t going to be plain sailing, not with Edith being awkward and putting Jessie down at every turn. As the hours drag on, Jessie somehow manages to peer beneath Edith’s frosty exterior, and much to her surprise, she kind of likes what she finds. But will she abandon her principles—and potentially risk her job—for a one-off thing?

Excerpt:

With a sigh of relief, I followed the satnav’s instructions and indicated right, swinging the van into the side road off of London’s Oxford Street.

“You have reached your destination,” remarked the posh voice coming from the machine.

“Thank fuck for that,” I shot back, removing the device from the windscreen and wiping at the tell-tale ring it left behind on the glass with my sleeve, hoping to remove any temptation for potential thieves. No doubt they swarmed around this area, tourist Mecca as it was. I didn’t want them to catch me out.

I stowed away the satnav, switched off the van’s ignition, and grabbed all my stuff. Hopping out onto the road, I locked the van and pocketed the keys. Then, wiping my damp palms on my black work trousers, I approached the rear door of the shop where I was to work.

Come on, get a grip, Jessie! You may be new at this, but you know what you’re doing. You’ve got this.

I wasn’t totally insane to be nervous. I’d been working for the shop-fitting company for just over a year now, and it was great. I really enjoyed the work, the variety. But this was the first time I’d been sent out on a job by myself. It hadn’t been intentional, either—the job was last minute, and the client had made it worth my employer’s while. Normally there’d been a team of two coming here, but there was another big job, one that needed the more experienced fitters on board. Therefore I’d been pulled off that task, in order to do this one. Alone.

Adding more worry was the warning one of my colleagues had given me on finding out where I was being sent. “You watch out for that Edith woman, Jessie. She may look like a pixie, but she’s actually more of a dragon. She frightens the bloody life out of me.”

The warning ringing in my ears, I took a deep breath and pressed the doorbell. I could do this. I could. I’d made it all the way from Leeds to London, navigating busy motorways and the complete insanity that was England’s capital city, venturing right into the heart—the craziest of the crazy. Fortunately, by the time I’d hit the West End, the traffic wasn’t too bad, given that the shops were closing and rush hour had been and gone. There were still morons galore, naturally—honking taxi drivers, swerving, lane-hopping cyclists, oblivious rickshaw drivers, suicidal pedestrians—but I’d kept my cool throughout, telling myself I was so close to the end of my journey that I could almost touch it. Taste it.

And here I was, at the back entrance of the flagship store of the world-famous fashion chain, ready to change over its window display in time for when the shop reopened in the morning. I glanced at my watch, relaxed a little. It was ten p.m. Eleven whole hours until opening time. No problem, not even for a relative newbie like me.

The door opened a crack and a sliver of a dark face peered out at me. “Yes?”

“Oh, hi. I’m Jessie—from the shop-fitters? Here to work on your window display?”

The woman—the voice had given it away, as she was still peering through the crack between the door and its frame—eyed me up. The black trousers, black T-shirt, black fleece—the latter two bearing the name of the company I worked for, clearly weren’t enough. Turning her attention to the van behind me—emblazoned with the company name in huge letters—she now seemed convinced.

“All right,” she said, opening the door wider and stepping back to let me through. “Come on in.”

“Thanks…”

“I’m Jacqueline. Edith’s already in the window. She’s the one in charge.”

I nodded. “Okay—lead the way.” I followed Jacqueline through the dimly lit storeroom. I’d known instantly she wasn’t Edith, because she looked nothing like a pixie. More like a goddess. She had a curly black afro, curves you could lose yourself in for days, and a wiggle that would have turned me instantly if I wasn’t already into women.

Blinking as we emerged into the blazing lights of the shop floor, I continued in Jacqueline’s wake, adjusting my ponytail and fixing a smile on my face as we grew closer to the window…and Edith. She was the big cheese—when it came to the window design and execution, anyway—so I needed to make a good impression. Hopefully she’d give good feedback to my boss, and I’d get more projects like this in future. Maybe even a raise—a girl could dream, right?

“Hi,” I said as we came within a couple of paces of my soon-to-be workspace. “I’m Jessie. Pleased to meet you.”

After a brief pause, the pixie took the hand I was holding out and shook it. Firm, confident, but brief. She was no-nonsense, this woman. But I’d known that already.
